She was beyond patient with me, responded to all my questions (general ones and specific ones). Cheyenne responded timely and nicely to every single request, change or doubt. She adjusted last minute changes to our trip adding fast passes or Park to Park options in a matter of minutes. She was always attentive and available to help even during our trip days.

This was the first time booking my Husband and I’s first Disney vacation with People Mover Travel. I had the wonderful Cheyenne as our travel agent and I have nothing but positive things to say! Words can't describe how thankful and grateful I am to have had Cheyenne as our travel agent!!! This is my second review for this one planned visit and I just had to add more on my experience. Our flight got cancelled the day of going to Disney and it was stressful trying to figure out how will we change our plans, especially since everything was paid for already and set. Cheyenne handled the process of moving our hotel reservation and park tickets to the following day and that itself was so helpful! This just assured me to recommend anyone to Cheyenne/People Mover Travel for any Disney trip as well as for myself for the future! Cheyenne has been great! I am going on a trip to Europe soon and this is my first time traveling abroad so it has been great to have someone help plan everything. I feel confident that my flights, hotels, etc have been carefully booked. Cheyenne replies quickly to my emails and answers all of my many questions. If she doesn't have the answers she will find them as quickly as she can.

I’m so happy about with our Greece trip we took in September/October 2022 to celebrate our 40th birthdays (my husband and I). Cheyenne was our travel agent who put our trip together. It was a pretty last minute decision (about 1 month prior to travel) , and she did an amazing job at booking hotels, activities, and transfers. We went back and forth multiple times to perfect our itinerary and she was always very fast and responsive to emails and questions. Everything went so seamlessly with all of the transportation transfers and excursions, ferry transfers between the islands. I could not recommend People Mover more highly. She was accommodating and understanding every time I needed to change trips and any questions i had she was fast at responding. I work best by emailing. Both Cheyenne and Martha helped me book the most magical run disney weekend! They made the process super simple and easy to understand. I was able to get the room I was looking for and all of the dining reservations I requested (even a character breakfast at O'hana!).
