We just returned from a trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise, and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without Kayla. Planning Disney can be overwhelming, but she provided valuable information on everything from cruise ship staterooms to resort options, dining plans and travel to/from port. She kept in touch through every milestone—reminders for booking windows and checking in as our resort/sail date approached. From my first inquiry back in 2024 through the first day of the trip January 8th, 2026 Kayla stayed in contact. Every commitment and question was followed through and answered.
