When I first requested a quote, I thought I might get limited amount of useful information. Little did I know. I got the real jackpot!
My travel agent Cheyenne was extremely polite, helpful and guided me through during every single step on our vacation. I can also assure everyone who is reading this review that I did my best to try test if there is some sort of limit how many questions can be asked. I live far far away from our destination and I had plenty of questions. However, all questions were answered thoroughly and with excitment. Cheyenne even encouraged me to keep questions coming, until I had to give up. I couldn't make up any more questions since everything started to see clear. Cheyenne 1 me 0. Therefore our stay was stress free. I had a pretty good idea where I'm heading and what to expect. I do love planning and Cheyenne was invaluable partner with all that experience and facts that she has. I do really miss those conversations. One of the best values having Cheyenne on board was the fact that I knew I could always text her when I reach my destination if I ever needed any local help. That gave me comfort. I thought I would have send her a text just to say thank you, but I forgot. So here it is, from bottom of my heart, thank you Cheyenne. Thank you for helping our dreams come through.

We have been working with Haleigh for 3 vacations now. She helps us plan our Princess Half Marathon weekend for our family of four (all adults). She has helped up find the perfect lodging for our needs (Pop Century), made dinner reservations for us, recommended restaurants and secured our park passes. She has also answered all of my questions along the way. It is a pleasure working with her (and with Tyler when she was on maternity leave). I will continue to reach out to People Mover Travel whenever I plan to travel to Disney.

Oh my, where do I begin? I just want to give all my thanks to our wonderful agent, Kayla - for helping us book our latest trip at Walt Disney World. We just got back, and had an amazing time. She was very patient with us, making soooo many changes along the way (and some very last minute changes that helped us maximize our time in Orlando). Cheyenne was so helpful in navigating this trip for my husband and myself. Our stay at Coronado Springs could not have been better and we were able to eat our way through all four parks and Disney Springs. She took care of everything for us, making it relaxing and the perfect vacation.

I’ve been to WDW many times (30+), but this is the first time I’ve tried a travel advisor. I’m a self described Disney Adult and live in my own fairy tale world! I actually enjoy planning my Disney vacations, but to have someone partnering up with me was truly enjoyable. This trip was for myself and two friends. Daniel sent different resort options and offered dining recommendations. He pointed out some special options and answered my questions along the way.
I cannot impress upon you how much I appreciated his response time and professionalism! But added to that was his enthusiasm and friendliness! I felt like I was just chatting with another Disney obsessed comrade! I will sing his praises all day, because he really brought the pixie dust I didn’t even know I was missing!!

Working with Kayla was a 1000 out of 5!! She got our trip booked and included all the things we needed for our little one. It was so smooth and easy! We had some anxiety about our first cruise ever and about how the process would go for the non-US-citizens in our group. She answered all of our questions. It was so helpful to have her bank of knowledge! We are already working on our next trip with Kayla! (Side note: we have the same last name but we are not related that I know of!)

I've been on Disney trips before and I've never used a travel agent, so I wasn't sure that we needed one, but I must say having Kayla's help made the whole process so much smoother. This particular trip was more complicated because my sister and her family were also coming along - so we had multiple reservations to juggle. Kayla made the whole process easy and answered all of our questions along the way. Disney is also constantly changing and updating things, so even though I have been before, there were new rules and things to learn about Lightening Lanes, PhotoPass, meal plans, etc.- it was so helpful to have a professional's opinion and advice for all things Disney. Because of Kayla we were able to get reservations at our preferred hotel, connecting hotel rooms, and the dining reservations of our choice. This trip would not have gone off so smoothly if we didn't have Kayla's excellent guidance and help along the way. Thank you Kayla! Now we have a wonderful trip and magical memories we can cherish forever.

We went to cancun for our honeymoon and Cheyenne was very helpful! She helped us choose our all inclusive hotel from several options within our budget. She also booked our transportation to and from the airport as well as our excursion to tulum! The trip was amazing and we're very thankful!
