A: Nothing! No seriously, we don’t charge a planning fee for our clients! We get paid through our suppliers so our planning services are completely free of charge to our clients!

A: Nope! We don’t have any hidden fees or mark ups in our services. The price you are paying for your vacation is the same whether you book with us or on your own. The only difference is that when you book with us you get the added benefit of our expert advice and services.

A: We work with you every step of the way when planning your vacation. This includes our initial consultation where we discuss where you want to go and what you want to do; booking your resort, excursions, dining reservations and more; watching out for special offers to apply to your trip; offering suggestions and tips on your destination; creating itineraries and more!

A: Whatever you’d like it to look like! When it comes to working with agent it’s all about YOUR trip! Whether you’d like to be totally hands off or work alongside your agent to plan your dream vacation, it’s all up to you! We discuss the things you’d like to do and what you would rather pass along to us and make sure it’s a process you’ll enjoy! Maybe you really enjoy planning your dining reservations but you don’t want to actually wake up at 4:00 AM to ensure you get them. Not a problem, we can take your wish list and set our alarms to wake up before the sunrise to make it happen!

A: We promise there are no hidden fees. Any pricing from our suppliers is clearly communicated to you before booking so that you have the information needed to make an informed choice!

A: As often as you’d like! When you work with one of our agents you’ve got someone in your corner for all questions big and small! Got a question about a dining reservation? Want to know which rides are best? Want to know which resort has the best pool? They’ve got you covered! While many of our agents do observe business hours, we don’t restrict you on how many emails you can send or how many questions you can ask!

A: Many of our clients prefer to communicate via email with their agent but if you’d prefer to talk on the phone or text, our agents are more than happy to find a communication style that works for you!

A: Not at all! This is YOUR trip. That means we take our cues from you. During the initial discussion of your trip our agents will find out what kinds of things you’d like to participate in and you are informed of everything that’s happening along the way!

A: Of course! We have many clients who don’t have time, energy or interest in planning every single detail of their trip. They would rather just show up and relax when it’s vacation time! Our agents will communicate with you ahead of time to discover how much involvement you want and work with you accordingly!

A: We don’t want you to feel limited! We know there are a ton of options out there and part of our job is making sure we present the best options for you. After we chat about what you’re looking for, we’ll suggest choices based on YOUR needs, not ours. If you aren’t in love with what we present we’ll go back to the drawing board and try again until we find the best fit for you!

A: It depends! Whether a scheduling conflict, family emergency or other reason causes you to cancel your trip - the cancellation policy will vary from supplier to supplier! So your Disney cancellation policy may look different than your All-Inclusive cancellation policy but one thing is for sure and that is that People Mover Travel will NOT charge you a cancellation fee!

A: The earlier the better! We find that the earlier we start working together the smoother the process! This way we can help you find the best options for you from day one! If you have a general idea on what interests you about a destination we can take that and work to build your perfect trip with all the other details like hotels, transportation, tours, activities etc!

A: Generally speaking if you’ve booked your trip within the last 30 days and it’s not been paid in full, most suppliers will allow the option to transfer so we can help you with everything moving forward! However, if not you would have to cancel your booking and rebook through our agency to work with one of our agents!
