Cheyenne was an absolute pleasure to work with. Having access to a Disney travel agent is an invaluable part of the planning process for us. She answered all our questions, and was quick to reply to any email I sent. We had the absolute best trip and we are so thankful for all she did to help us. This is our second time using people mover travel agency and we won’t book a Disney trip without using them.

We loved our first ever cruise being the Disney Merry time Cruise on the Wish! It was magical to say the least. We were extra spoiled with the concierge experience and already booked our next cruise. With it being our first cruise, I was nervous, but she helped take care of all the small details and eased my concerns. For my 40th birthday I wanted to eat and drink around the work at Epcot. I was not able to find any open rooms on the website for the dates I needed so I contacted People Mover and worked with Cheyenne. She was quick to respond and immediately gave me several room options to choose from in my price range. We ultimately chose to stay at Pop Century (which was cheaper than what I was quoted for the Holiday Inn!). The room was updated and clean and the styling was classic Disney! I had never ridden the Skyliner before and it was a highlight of the trip for me! We have already decided when we go back with our kids we will book with People Mover and stay at Pop again! We just had the Disneyland trip of my dreams ! Thanks to Cheyenne ! My husband and I wanted to have an adults Disney trip and explore all the things. I am so happy I reached out to People Mover Travel who connected me with Cheyenne to plan this out . She was a delight to work with , had all the answers to my questions and was always so quick to respond. She helped me with reservations,(goofy’s kitchen , Ogas cantina , Jazz kitchen downtown ), learning how to use the LL pass and made sure I got to stay at my dream Disney resort. It can feel overwhelming with trying to do everything in a few days but with the right help it does not have to be. We got to enjoy downtown Disney , Disneyland and California adventures without rushing because we found the right hotel, right time of travel for us and a wonderful agent who helped us plan it out . Cheyenne was amazing! We reached out to her for help planning a girls trip to Italy. We had a few destinations in mind, but were unclear on the best way to hit all the locations we wanted to see. She worked with us to cover everything we wanted and helped us make adjustments so that the trip gave us just what we were looking for. She made everything seamless and so easy! Cheyenne is terrific! Her approach to planning our vacation was very thorough. We had never been to Disneyland before and needed lots of information.
