We worked with Kayla and ended up at a wonderful resort in Cancun where we were able to really relax, exactly what these new parents needed. We had never booked an all-inclusive resort before, so we really felt clueless and needed all the help.
Kayla guided us each step of the way through all available options AND worked rapidly through text with us when we decided to reschedule our trip due to hurricane Beryl - she truly did all the heavy lifting in contacting the resort on that one!!

My husband and I had the privilege of working with Jordan for our honeymoon to Punta Cana. This is our third trip with Jordan, this time to Disneyland! It has been years since I’ve been and I had a lot of questions. She was very knowledgeable and guided us perfectly. She set our hotel up in a convenient location to the park that was also convenient for a work conference for my husband. The biggest reason I am forever a Jordan fan (like I wasn't already!!) is because of her swift response when we got sick on the trip. This is the second Disney trip I’ve booked with Arlina and I couldn’t be happier! She helped me pick the perfect hotel and itinerary for my family so that we had time in parks and time at our gorgeous resort, the AK Lodge. She booked our favorite lunch spot at Tusker House and gave me transportation ideas for getting to and from the airport quickly with my two kiddos. Rachel was super helpful in every aspect of planning our honeymoon! Planning a wedding can be stressful enough so I wanted to make the honeymoon process as smooth as possible. With answering questions, booking dinner reservations and being organized, Rachel was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish.
