Having a great travel agent matters! Take it from me who started my Disney vacation with another agency that was unresponsive and dropped the ball left and right. Fortunately Stephanie SAVED the day!! She was always kind and quick to respond to all our needs. She had a mess to clean up from the previous agency but she was always reassuring and got us through it! We just got back from our trip and it was amazing!!! I haven’t been Disney since I was 4. Stephanie Haynes (our travel agent) landed a sweet surprise reservation for brunch inside Cindy’s Castle! Stephanie provided all the information I asked for and also gave me links to great online accounts for all sorts of WDW travel information. I felt extremely prepared by the time we went on our trip. I had no issues at all while I was, but I had no doubt that if I needed help Stephanie/People Mover Travel would have been readily available.

I've followed Jessica and Tyler on YouTube for sooo long it was such a no-brainer to use People Mover for my honeymoon this month. My husband and I had an amazing experience with our agent, Stephanie and we had a blast at Universal Studios and Disney World. Stephanie was so responsive, even booking things for us while she herself was on vacation. We will definitely be using People Mover Travel agency for all our vacations going forward. I can't believe this is a free service that takes so much weight off your shoulders planning a vacation and I never used it.
