What do we look for in our agents?

  • Hard working individuals who are independent self-starters.

  • Folks who are passionate, not only about Disney Destinations, but travel all over the world!

  • While travel agent experience isn’t required, it will certainly give you a leg up.

  • Must be proficient with technology and quick to learn online platforms.

  • A people person who is comfortable talking with a wide array of clients.

  • We are currently looking for experts on the following destinations (see below for more info):

    • Asia

    • Hawaii

Asia & Hawaii Travel Specialist

At People Mover Travel, we believe the best travel advice comes from firsthand experience. That's why we're looking to add an experienced Asia & Hawaii Travel Specialist to our growing team!

We're searching for someone who has traveled extensively throughout Asia and/or Hawaii and is passionate about helping others experience these incredible destinations. Whether you've visited multiple Hawaiian Islands, explored Asia beyond the typical tourist stops, or have built a loyal client base around these destinations, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Has extensive firsthand travel experience in Hawaii (multiple visits preferred)

  • Has extensive firsthand travel experience throughout Asia (multiple visits preferred)

    • Specifically, the Asian Disney destinations, Japan and China but Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore or any other Asian countries are a bonus!

  • Is confident planning customized itineraries and sharing personal recommendations

  • Enjoys creating exceptional client experiences through expert advice

  • Is excited to grow their client base (or already has one!)

  • Is interested in contributing to our marketing efforts by sharing their expertise through blogs, videos, social media, and other educational content

  • Is comfortable booking additional destinations beyond Asia and Hawaii as part of a well-rounded travel business

We're not simply looking for someone who knows how to book a vacation—we're looking for someone who can become one of our agency's go-to experts. Your firsthand experiences will help educate both clients and fellow advisors through:

  • Writing destination guides and blog posts

  • Appearing in YouTube videos and educational content

  • Sharing travel tips, itineraries, and recommendations
