Oh my, where do I begin? I just want to give all my thanks to our wonderful agent, Kayla - for helping us book our latest trip at Walt Disney World. We just got back, and had an amazing time. She was very patient with us, making soooo many changes along the way (and some very last minute changes that helped us maximize our time in Orlando). We also really appreciated her reaching out when there was savings to be had - something I could not have managed on my own. Working with Kayla has been effortless and she was there every step of the way. I used to be hesitant using a travel agent for my travels - I do love all that goes into the planning, but I can confidently say that it is SO worth it having someone on your side to help you through this process even if you think you know everything/have it handled.
