We recently had the pleasure of working with Kayla on a much needed and long overdue family trip to Disney!!! With all of the changes Disney has made since our last trip over 6 years ago, we definitely needed professional help! Kayla made sure we understood the reservation system, the new genie options, the new app, made our reservations and was always quick to reply to all of our random questions about the parks. It was so reassuring to have someone we could bounce ideas off of and who made sure we had everything squared away. Her knowledge of all things Disney is amazing. Thank you, Kayla!

Kayla is wonderful! She has been working with us on our upcoming trip to Disney World. She has been thoughtful, patient and kind. Not to mention her a quick thinking, allowed us to stay clear of Hurricane Ian and what could've been a disastrous trip for us. I'm so thankful for all her hard work and kindness. Kayla was awesome she planned our first family vacation. I had so many questions and she had all the answers she helped us with transportation, Disney tickets, resort, genie plus, and memory maker. The best part was being able to contact her during our vacation so when I had questions she was able to help. Oh, and it's all FREE.
