Kayla is an absolute joy to work with. She is the second travel agent we have ever used, and my wife and I will continue to work with her. Even in this day and age where everything can be Googled, it’s nice to have another person in your corner to make those phone calls to Disney that keep you on hold. She is very responsive and quick to give you the information you need. We had a multipoint trip which included Disney World with a focus at Disney Springs, a cruise on the Fantasy, and a last stop at Cocoa Beach to spend a few days at the Kennedy Space Visitor Center. She helped us plan from start to finish and even got us a new hotel room at a different hotel within 10 minutes after we discovered a leaking ceiling light situation. Kayla made our trip a magical experience.

As a former cast member and frequent Disney traveler, I never thought booking through a travel agent mattered, but I was wrong! Working with Kayla and People Mover Travel has been a dream! When I had an issue with my reservation, Kayla immediately jumped on the phone with Disney and sorted everything out for us. She always responds to my emails extremely quickly, and we are already working with Kayla for our next Disney trip in 2024 and plan to use her for many trips to come!

Kayla was great! I started to set up my own trip but was totally lost. My daughter & I watch Tyler Brauns Youtube channel with his wife. My daughter suggested their travel agency. So I did & there I met Kayla Robinson. She was super knowledgeable of all Disney. I felt bad several times for changing dates, hotels, & how many we’re traveling with us. But each time she was so understanding & patient. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for.

Kayla has been awesome from the beginning to the end of the process of booking our trip. When we have had questions she answered them for us and was there for us for everything that we needed. When it came time to book our Enchanted Extras she was a superstar. She hooked us up with all of our dining reservations that we wanted and was able to fit them within our park reservation plan. She even went as far to reach out to us with her work cell number that we could text her if we had any questions while we were on our vacation. My wife and I have not done a Disney Cruise and we are already talking about when we want to go and when it's time to start planning we are definitely reaching out to Kayla to help us. Neither of us have been on a cruise and we are already racking up the questions and I'm sure she'll knock it out of the park again.

We had a fantastic time!! The first three days were ours to explore the parks as we wanted. The second three days we enjoyed the parks with Our kids and grandson. Nothing like taking your first grandchild to Disney World!!

Kayla was so great to work with when booking passes to Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, FL this winter - you made the process so seamless and stress-free, THANK YOU! My husband and I spent a day at Disney World --Kayla helped us find a restaurant to have dinner and explained the details we needed to know about the Disney app so we could make the most of the day we had there! We then spent a day at Universal Studios with my husbands family, really easy to check in and get into the park! I've always wanted to go to Disney as a kid but I didn't make it until now, as an adult, so thank you Kayla for helping to make my childhood Disney dreams come true! When my wife and I first started considering going to Disney World, I immediately felt overwhelmed by the idea of planning the whole thing. I know from others experiences that there is so much that goes into planning a trip for Disney theme parks and there was a million ways to do it right and a million ways to do it wrong. However, after telling Kayla at People Mover Travel Agency what we generally wanted one late night, we were shocked to see she gave us 3 amazing options literally over night. I think I woke up to her email! She managed to get everything in that we wanted plus a whole bunch more that I didn't even know I wanted. Furthermore, we also were planning much later than we should have as our vacation dates were approaching quickly, and Kayla still managed to create options that fit our budget as if time was no problem at all for her.

All of this to say, she took all the concerns, worries and stress out of planning our Disney trip and it was better than I could have imagined. Everything she could take care of for us, she did. For all the other things that were up to us to take care of, she shared tips and how to's and explanations... I felt like we had a little Disney concierge in our back pocket.

She checked in on us frequently both before, during and after our trip and was so responsive to our questions. We shared pictures with her in the same way we shared them with our parents and close friends. Her enthusiasm and care to make our experience amazing was so top notch that I couldn't believe she wouldn't be hugging Micky and enjoying the food and rides right along with us.
