Rachel was an incredible asset to have while booking our family Disney trip. We haven't been in over a decade and she graciously guided us through all the "new" ways. She made herself available at anytime for our questions. The fact that she woke up at 6am to book our reservations basically makes her family in our book! What exceptional service. Her knowledge of every last detail was invaluable, such as who to use for grocery orders or transportation to and from the airport.
