Rachel really went above and beyond for us with her expertise and services! She gave us so many amazing tips and tricks that were a complete gamechanger for our trip! Her communication style is friendly and very personalized. As a supervisor/trainer of a large customer service department, I have to say this is the hallmark for the type of service that should be delivered. Her service added another layer to planning trips that I never knew I was missing out on! Not to mention it was all free!
