I want to thank Kayla from the bottom of my heart. This is the second trip she has planned for my family. She was with us every step of the way, from booking our AMAZING dining reservations to sending us reminders and helpful info on everything we needed to know about Disney.
Halfway through our trip we got news that our dog passed away. Once Kayla found out she reached out asking if there was anything she could do to assist. This truly shows incredible acts of seamless service and going above and beyond.
