I wanted to say a huge thank you to Cheyenne for her hard work and support while booking experiences at Walt Disney World. We had booked our holiday over a year before we started working with Cheyenne and therefore missed out on using the full travel agent services (something I'll definitely be looking into next time) but Cheyenne still provided incredible assistance in helping us book two VIP days and navigating the Lightning Lane system for the remainder of our trip.

We were a party of 7 travelling from the UK, with 3 Disney newbies. The rest of us had not been to Orlando for 10+ years, and a lot has changed since then! We were celebrating a big birthday so wanted to make the trip extra special with a VIP day and Cheyenne provided incredible support from the first day we contacted her. She was responsive, friendly, helpful and so happy to answer to my (many) stupid questions. This went a long way to putting my mind at rest and ensuring we maximised our holiday.

We all had a fabulous trip and that is in no small part due to the incredible service provided by Cheyenne. We will consider People Mover Travel for our next Disney trip (and we won't be waiting 10 years this time!)
