Kayla was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of planning our Disney trip for my daughter’s third birthday. She was so responsive, so helpful, and truly made the whole experience feel easier from beginning to end.
She helped us switch up our travel plans along the way and ended up saving us around $1,000 while also helping us get dining included, which was huge. She was always quick to answer questions, explain our options, and help me figure out what made the most sense for our family.
One of the things that really stood out to me was that she was actually on vacation the day our dining reservations opened, but she still made sure we were completely taken care of. She arranged for her colleague Dan to help us, and he was able to snag some of our hardest-to-get reservations, including Cinderella’s Royal Table and my daughter’s first haircut at Harmony Barber Shop. Huge shout-out to Dan for that too!
And the support didn’t stop once we arrived at Disney. I texted Kayla during the trip with an issue, and she responded so quickly with exactly what I needed to do. I was literally able to follow her instructions and get everything taken care of before my daughter even got off the ride she was on with my husband.
For a trip that meant so much to us, especially celebrating our daughter turning three, having someone this responsive and invested in making sure everything went smoothly was invaluable. I would absolutely book with Kayla again and recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip.
