Kayla was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make our family vacation an unforgettable one. She answered all our questions and was very informative. I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders planning our week long vacation. Her attitude was always a pleasant one and truly made me feel excited for our vacation with every interaction we had. Oh my, where do I begin? I just want to give all my thanks to our wonderful agent, Kayla - for helping us book our latest trip at Walt Disney World. We just got back, and had an amazing time. She was very patient with us, making soooo many changes along the way (and some very last minute changes that helped us maximize our time in Orlando). Working with Kayla was a 1000 out of 5!! She got our trip booked and included all the things we needed for our little one. It was so smooth and easy! We had some anxiety about our first cruise ever and about how the process would go for the non-US-citizens in our group. She answered all of our questions. I've been on Disney trips before and I've never used a travel agent, so I wasn't sure that we needed one, but I must say having Kayla's help made the whole process so much smoother. This particular trip was more complicated because my sister and her family were also coming along - so we had multiple reservations to juggle. Disney is also constantly changing and updating things, so even though I have been before, there were new rules and things to learn about Lightening Lanes, PhotoPass, meal plans, etc.- it was so helpful to have a professional's opinion and advice for all things Disney. Because of Kayla we were able to get reservations at our preferred hotel, connecting hotel rooms, and the dining reservations of our choice. This trip would not have gone off so smoothly if we didn't have Kayla's excellent guidance and help along the way. Thank you Kayla! We just returned from a trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise, and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without Kayla. Planning Disney can be overwhelming, but she provided valuable information on everything from cruise ship staterooms to resort options, dining plans and travel to/from port. She kept in touch through every milestone—reminders for booking windows and checking in as our resort/sail date approached.
