We worked with Cheyenne to plan and book a week in Disneyland Paris with our family of four including resort stay, park tickets, transfers, excursions. Our booking was more complicated by including pairing it with another group and the accessibility needs of our son. She coordinated everything, handled all our bookings seamlessly, and answered all of our questions. She turned a potentially stressful process into an easy one that allowed us to focus on the anticipation of our trip. I highly recommend.

I first reached out to Martha in November of 2024. My parents were planning a trip to Italy to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and we (me, my husband, and my toddler) were going to tag along! I knew about People Mover Travel since I follow Jessica and Tyler on social media, so once we were ready to start planning I went straight to the PMT website. I read through all the agent bios and after reading Martha's, and learning about her personal connections to Italy, I knew she was the perfect fit for us.
I sent her that first email and told her that we would handle our own hotel accommodations if she could help us plan the rest of the trip. She very graciously let me know that she would only be able work with us if hotel accommodations were included. Ignorance on my part! Some time went by and we decided we couldn't risk not having a professional help us plan this trip and we better let Martha handle everything! So I reached back out to her and she was more than happy to help us get things going...
72 emails later and we have just returned from 3 weeks in Italy (July 28-August 18, 2025) and I am so happy to say everything went off without a hitch!
I have to commend Martha for her patience (72 emails- she was so patient!), kindness, flexibility, and expertise. Trying to put together a trip that would be suitable for ages 2-75 could not have been easy. She put together a trip that was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. She was so patient as we went back and forth many times about decisions, made changes, and asked 10,000 questions- probably asking the same question more than once! We had not traveled internationally in a decade so we were all feeling a little nervous and rusty. Martha made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
I was not sure how we were going to manage such an enormous trip with a toddler but I had such reassurance knowing that Martha had taken care of all of the logistics. She was available while we traveled and we were even set up with 24/7 assistance through What'sApp with Ciao Italy Tours.
This trip was a once in a lifetime occasion for our family and we have memories now that we can treasure and talk about for the rest of our lives. Martha was an integral part of making this trip happen and I know it would not have been the same had we not had her expertise and guidance.
We will definitely be using People Mover Travel again in the future and we hope Martha will still be part of the team so we have the pleasure of working with her again!

Rachel was fantastic! While we were busy planning our wedding, she took the stress out of planning our trip. Kayla was a pleasure to work with. She was so informative, responsive and handled everything we needed. I was flying blind prior to using these services. I think Kayla and People Mover in general really made our trip a better experience.

Cruising for the first time ever and solo was a big feat but with Cheyenne in my corner I wasn’t worried.

We unfortunately had to change hotels due to some electrical issues, and she was on top of it and had us booked in a new hotel faster than we could pack! It was our family first time at Disneyland and Arlina did an amazing job setting up everything for us. We truly enjoyed staying at the Pixar hotel. She was so on top of things, booking our theme parks, reserving our dinners at the park for us. She was constantly communicating and making sure everything was set for the trip. Out family had such a magical and meaningful time together on our small trip to Disney, thanks to Kayla! We loved her suggestion of staying at Disney's Port Orleans-The French Quarter. They had nice amenities, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the transportation from the resort was smooth and easy for our family. All of us enjoyed Blizzard Beach waterpark and definitely took advantage of that free add on n during check in day. The theme and slide options were perfect for our kids’ ages. Finally, Magic Kingdom was definitely the highlight! Our kids had a more memorable time this visit since they were older and able to access more rides. Overall, we had the most wonderful experience thanks to Kayla and all of her helpful tips and suggestions. We will definitely use her assistance again when we return to Disney. Thank you Kayla!

Stephanie was an absolute gem to work with when we were planning our 2 week long 5 year anniversary road trip around Scotland. I loved working with Arlina on my last Disney trip; she answered all my questions, reminded me of important dates, and helped with dining reservations. But the best part is having a travel pro at the ready, which we ended up needing. We were sitting at the Riviera, killing time between lunch and when we needed to go to the airport to go home when I received a text from American that our flight was cancelled. One text to Arlina and I had about 10 options for staying on property one more night. I got a new flight for the following afternoon and Arlina got us booked into the Boardwalk for a magical extension to our trip. A quick skyliner trip later, we checked in and got a room that was available early. We had a lovely afternoon swimming and exploring the resort, pizza dinner from the walkup window with a view overlooking the lake, and watched the Epcot fireworks from the bridge. You never know when you might need extra help with your trip, so it's so nice to have a travel fairy in your corner!

Arlina was a wonderful travel agent, she made booking my first ever cruise soo easy. She got me and my travel companion a great deal on our first ever Virgin cruise. I will definitely work with her again, seamless and she checked in throughout the process to make sure I was ready and had everything I needed.
