We just returned from a trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise, and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without Kayla. Planning Disney can be overwhelming, but she provided valuable information on everything from cruise ship staterooms to resort options, dining plans and travel to/from port. She kept in touch through every milestone—reminders for booking windows and checking in as our resort/sail date approached. Kayla was so helpful in booking a night for our family to camp at fort wilderness as locals, and exponentially more helpful when we all came down with varying illnesses the week of our original trip and she helped us get our reservation moved to a weekend in September like it was nothing. We are already talking with Kayla to get another trip on the books. We were having so much fun in the moment I only have one photo from the whole weekend.

Out family had such a magical and meaningful time together on our small trip to Disney, thanks to Kayla! We loved her suggestion of staying at Disney's Port Orleans-The French Quarter. They had nice amenities, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the transportation from the resort was smooth and easy for our family. All of us enjoyed Blizzard Beach waterpark and definitely took advantage of that free add on n during check in day. The theme and slide options were perfect for our kids’ ages. Finally, Magic Kingdom was definitely the highlight! Our kids had a more memorable time this visit since they were older and able to access more rides. Overall, we had the most wonderful experience thanks to Kayla and all of her helpful tips and suggestions. We will definitely use her assistance again when we return to Disney. Thank you Kayla!
