We had such a great time celebrating my son’s 5 th birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary at the happiest place on Earth. I hadn’t been in years and was nervous about the whole trip. No matter how big or small my question was Rachel did a great job with answering all my questions and sending me information throughout the weeks leading up to the trip. She responded quickly every single time. With her help, we made all the reservations we wanted and she made sure to book them as soon as reservation windows opened up. We had a smooth trip using all the tips she provided. We will definitely use Rachel again for any future trips/cruises.

Rachel was fantastic with helping my husband and I plan our honeymoon. We initially planned to travel to an all inclusive resort in Jamaica, but ended up needing to change our plans. Rachel was able to book the original plan and then accommodate our changes and help us plan our new honeymoon to Los Angeles, California and then Disneyland Resort. In addition to taking care of all of our needs, ensuring our dining reservations were made, and doing last minute check ins, the Disneyland tips Rachel sent were extremely helpful in familiarizing us with Disneyland. I haven’t been in 20 years and it was my husbands first time, so seeing tips on how to get around the resort, what to prioritize, and suggestions for ride, dining, and entertainment planning helped eliminate a lot of my own independent research time which I appreciated! Rachel was amazing, the two of us that had traveled to Hawaii had never been before. Rachel answered all questions about the different places to stay in the Waikiki beach area and found a great place. She also was able to pull a bunch of different activities and excursions together to give us options for our time on the island. I just want to say thank you for making this trip so smooth to book and also to travel too with check in and outs was supper easy. This was my husband's and my first experience working with a travel agent and once we returned from our trip we vowed never to go back to traveling without one. Rachel was such a fabulous agent to work with and she curated the most amazing first anniversary trip/delayed honeymoon to Rome. We had a fabulous hotel, amazing dinner recommendations, and the BEST tours/excursions around historical sites. Perhaps one of the most helpful services Rachel provided was the extensive background information and cultural tips to keep in mind in prep for being abroad! We are so thankful to have had a stress free trip from start to finish.
