My husband and I have been traveling and planning our own trips for the past 15 years and we were very hesitant to use a Travel Agent. I wanted to bundle a work trip in Orlando with a few days of magic at Disney World, but I was worried about trying to plan everything on my own and allowing my mind to slip into “vacation mode” before I was done working.

I’ve never even considered using a travel agency to book a trip. I am a subscriber of owner Tyler Braun’s YouTube channel and his video explaining the benefits of using a travel agency to plan your vacation was so informative, I figured it was worth a shot and I had nothing to lose. The website response time was so quick, less than 24 hours after submission I received a response from Rachel and the planning process began!

Rachel was just amazing! She was so patient with me while I went back and forth trying to find the right place to stay and solidify our plans. She paid attention to the details I entered on the website inquiry (I wanted to stay on a budget and not miss anything) and she wound up finding us a preferred room at a less expensive resort than I originally pre-planned in my head. She secured our tickets to the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party, offered me golden nuggets on how to maximize the time in the parks, and even booked our airport transportation to and from the resort. I was excited every time I saw her name in my inbox, and she was full of advice on how to make the most of our 3 days in 4 parks- including tips for securing our places in virtual queues that were a total success! Every time I referenced her emails for advice, my aunt would ask me “what did your friend say to do again?”. Working with Rachel truly was just like planning a trip with a friend; what mattered to me is what mattered to her, and she was so patient, professional, and enthusiastic. The service I received from her was unmatched, even by cast members at Disney. I could tell she loves what she does and her passion radiated through our correspondence.

We had the best time making memories on our short girls’ trip and my aunt enjoyed her first time at WDW thanks to Rachel and People Mover Travel!
