Kayla was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of planning our Disney trip for my daughter’s third birthday. She was so responsive, so helpful, and truly made the whole experience feel easier from beginning to end.

She helped us switch up our travel plans along the way and ended up saving us around $1,000 while also helping us get dining included, which was huge. She was always quick to answer questions, explain our options, and help me figure out what made the most sense for our family.

One of the things that really stood out to me was that she was actually on vacation the day our dining reservations opened, but she still made sure we were completely taken care of. She arranged for her colleague Dan to help us, and he was able to snag some of our hardest-to-get reservations, including Cinderella’s Royal Table and my daughter’s first haircut at Harmony Barber Shop. Huge shout-out to Dan for that too!

And the support didn’t stop once we arrived at Disney. I texted Kayla during the trip with an issue, and she responded so quickly with exactly what I needed to do. I was literally able to follow her instructions and get everything taken care of before my daughter even got off the ride she was on with my husband.

For a trip that meant so much to us, especially celebrating our daughter turning three, having someone this responsive and invested in making sure everything went smoothly was invaluable. I would absolutely book with Kayla again and recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip.

Daniel was not only great at helping us plan our Disneyland trip with three littles under six years old but was so quick to handle when an issue came up. I hadn’t been to Universal in years, and had never been to Epic, so I wasn’t sure how to maximize a quick weekend trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful, suggesting the order of the parks, rope drop rides, when to use single-rider, and breaking down the express pass options and logistics for my family. He was always friendly and quick to respond, and I felt more at ease going into this knowing our travel party was guided by an expert! He was happy to help cater our trip toward our priorities, and made picking a hotel, getting our tickets, and planning our overall itineraries much more enjoyable and less stressful. I also appreciated how we could be as involved as much or as little as we wanted in the planning process. I love planning trips myself, so I had refrained from travel agents in the past, but it never felt like Daniel was taking over, only planning with me! I’ve been to WDW many times (30+), but this is the first time I’ve tried a travel advisor. I’m a self described Disney Adult and live in my own fairy tale world! I actually enjoy planning my Disney vacations, but to have someone partnering up with me was truly enjoyable. This trip was for myself and two friends. Daniel sent different resort options and offered dining recommendations. He pointed out some special options and answered my questions along the way.
I cannot impress upon you how much I appreciated his response time and professionalism! But added to that was his enthusiasm and friendliness!
