I hadn’t been to Universal in years, and had never been to Epic, so I wasn’t sure how to maximize a quick weekend trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful, suggesting the order of the parks, rope drop rides, when to use single-rider, and breaking down the express pass options and logistics for my family. He was always friendly and quick to respond, and I felt more at ease going into this knowing our travel party was guided by an expert! He was happy to help cater our trip toward our priorities, and made picking a hotel, getting our tickets, and planning our overall itineraries much more enjoyable and less stressful. I also appreciated how we could be as involved as much or as little as we wanted in the planning process. I love planning trips myself, so I had refrained from travel agents in the past, but it never felt like Daniel was taking over, only planning with me! I’d absolutely recommend both Daniel and People Mover Travel!

Daniel held my hand through the entire process. He helped me choose hotels and packages that worked with my very tight budget, recommended and booked restaurants for us, and reached out before certain parks to make sure i remembered to sign up for certain experiences. I’ll never book a Disney trip without his help.

I’ve been to WDW many times (30+), but this is the first time I’ve tried a travel advisor. I’m a self described Disney Adult and live in my own fairy tale world! I actually enjoy planning my Disney vacations, but to have someone partnering up with me was truly enjoyable. This trip was for myself and two friends. Daniel sent different resort options and offered dining recommendations. He pointed out some special options and answered my questions along the way.
I cannot impress upon you how much I appreciated his response time and professionalism! But added to that was his enthusiasm and friendliness! I felt like I was just chatting with another Disney obsessed comrade! I will sing his praises all day, because he really brought the pixie dust I didn’t even know I was missing!!
